Amazing variety of pastries and good prices. I got about 12 pastries for $19. People have commented on how rude or unkind the employees are but I did not experience that. The cashier was attentive and friendly and someone held the door open for me as I left. I will be back!

Jalapeño queso stuffed bread was to die for after being sick. Sooo good. Their blueberry muffins were still moist the next day. Salvadorian quesadilla bread was very sweet, we finished it off so fast. There was a nice empty area to just sit and have my coffee. Can't wait to come back!

Miranda's Bakery is a must go! It always smells so good with display cases filled with tres leches, flan, pastries, donuts, and so much more! Let's talk about the pastries - Miranda's has both sweet and savory with my favorite being their jalepeno bread. Their jalepeno bread sells out quick, so make sure you're lucky that day or come early! We recently tried their ham and jalepeno bread and that has been an amazing experience as well. This mom n pop also has very talented bakers who nails their birthday cakes. The cake is moist and the whipped cream is prefectly sweet! ;) The ambiance at Miranda's Bakery is cozy and inviting, with modern decor that makes you feel right at home. We also love seeing the locals in Woodburn supporting Miranda's. Last but not least, the staff are an absolute delight. Passionate about their craft, their displays are constantly being refilled with fresh goods.

The breads are delicious especially their thousand layer cake! This will be my new go to for cake orders! Service was good but the gal helping didn't understand English for my coffee order.
